LICENSE APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Schedule an inspection

2. After the inspection you will be emailed the inspection report and inspector certifications

3. Repair any non-compliant issues, if necessary

4. Complete your license application with the City of Denver

   • Applications must be submitted within 90 days of the initial inspection

   • Licenses are good for four years unless ownership changes
